IIWCPC is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, respectful, and professional environment for all participants, mentors, volunteers, judges, speakers, partners, and organizers.

Respect

Treat everyone with dignity, professionalism, and respect. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Integrity

Act honestly at all times. Cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, falsification of information, or any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Professional Conduct

Communicate respectfully, follow all instructions issued by the organizing team, and contribute positively to the event environment.

Responsible Participation

Help foster a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive learning experience for all participants.

Reporting

Any inappropriate behaviour or violation of this Code of Conduct should be reported to the organizing team and will be reviewed confidentially.

Enforcement

STEMvibe Foundation reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including warnings, disqualification, removal from events, revocation of awards or certificates, and restriction from future participation in IIWCPC programs.
